2025 Hotel Only Requests

Please complete this form no later than January 28, 2025.

"Hotel Only Reservations" are intended for family and friends who are not purchasing a Festival Package, and include only a hotel stay. Please fill out the following information to request HOUSING ONLY for the Music for All National Festival.

Please note: Payment to Music for All includes room and tax for the number of nights selected. You will need to present a credit card to the hotel at the time of check-in, and will be charged for any incidentals. Parking is at the guest's expense. Some properties will place a temporary charge on your card until your stay is completed.

Housing will be at one of the Festival hotels listed below. These hotels are located downtown, within walking distance to each other and the JW Marriott, but would require ground transportation to any Festival performance venues and to the Indianapolis International Airport.

Notification of Assigned Hotel:
Hotel locations are assigned by Music for All based on availability within our contracted housing block. Your assigned hotel will be confirmed and emailed to you no later than March 3, 2025. Please note, your assigned hotel may not be your top choices. 

Cancellation:
Cancel with a full refund on or before February 26. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations occurring on or after February 27.
