2025 Repertoire Selection Form

Please use this form to submit your initial repertoire selections.


Selections will be reserved in the order in which they are received. We will begin accepting program selections immediately. All lists received by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on September 15 will be considered equal, and received at the same time. Selections received after will be assigned on a first come-first served basis.


Duplicate requests will be assigned based on a random draw.







NOTE: List the complete title of the work (composer’s name and arranger’s name as appropriate) as it appears on the conductor’s score.

Incomplete or incorrect titles and misspelled information create issues; please consult your conductor’s score to confirm correct information.

If you plan to perform a movement from a multi-movement work, please list the complete title first and then the specific movement(s).

Please list length as a decimal value (ex: 4 minutes 45 seconds = 4.75)
15 sec = .25
20 sec = .33
30 sec = .50
40 sec = .66
45 sec = .75
